According to the Concept of development of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan until 2025, approved by decree No. 148 of December 28, 2015 of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, coordination of charity development in the country is one of the directions of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan.

The club of benefactors of the APK of the region is actively working in Karaganda region. Created in November 2017. The club includes 23 major benefactors and patrons of the region. Members of the club take part in all social and political events of the APK of the region, as well as various charity events.
During the first half of 2018, 94 charity events were held with the support of the APK of the region. The number of organizations for the direction of charitable assistance has increased, which systematizes the quality of charitable work
